I love seeing the belly dance. The main thing in that dance is the costume that the dancers wear while dancing. The designs shared are awesome.

My sister used to use belly dancing as a way to lose weight. She actually lost about ten pounds. I'm not sure if she does it anymore, but I know she enjoyed it.
